General conditions of sale "CHOCOVOR SA"

1. General provisions The customer who completes and confirms the order form appearing on this site, accepts the present general conditions of sale of the company CHOCOVOR SA. These general conditions will be the only ones applicable to the following contract. 2. Delivery conditions - Transport - Tariffs The customer is responsible for providing complete and exact information such as name, address of the recipient, etc., in order to allow delivery under normal conditions. CHOCOVOR SA undertakes, after acceptance of payment, to sell and ship the products ordered by the customer as soon as possible through a high quality carrier. Delivery rates are set according to the weight of the package (weight of the packaging and the product ordered) and the destination area. No compensation can be requested in the event of a possible delay in delivery. In any case, CHOCOVOR SA can be held responsible for any deterioration that may occur to the products following the opening of the package during its delivery, or in the event of the recipient's absence when the package is deposited. “GUILLAUME BICHET” products are handcrafted in Versoix, Switzerland and are available in limited quantities. Declarations relating thereto are in accordance with Swiss law. 3. Price and payment Product prices are net and inclusive of tax. Postage (transport) is subject to an additional charge. Payment for products ordered on-line is only made by PAYPAL or by MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards, online from the web. The validation of the payment by credit card is immediate. It is specified that no shipment will be made without validation of payment. 4. Delivery times The delivery times being longer during the holidays (for example Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day and Christmas), plan your orders accordingly. 5. Complaints Any complaint must be sent within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt of the package by email: admin@guillaume-bichet.com. After this period, no complaint will be taken into account. 6. Force majeure CHOCOVOR SA is not responsible for non-performance of the contract for reasons beyond its control, such as in particular: strikes, terrorist acts, wars, natural disasters, problems affecting suppliers and transport. Each party will be entitled to an additional reasonable period of time for performance, however, if such circumstances last longer than 40 days, the contract may be terminated by written notice by either party, without compensation. 7. Data protection Personal data obtained from the customer by CHOCOVOR SA are stored and processed in accordance with the legislation applicable in Switzerland. 8. Applicable law / Partial nullity / Modifications / Place of jurisdiction These general conditions of sale are governed exclusively by Swiss law. If part of these general conditions of sale is declared void by a court, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the general conditions of sale. CHOCOVOR SA reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time. The parties recognize the exclusive jurisdiction of the Vaud courts for any dispute or dispute concerning them.
